Bikes, Skateboards, Skates, etc. are NOT ALLOWED In regard for the safety of all, bicycles, skateboards, skates, roller blades, etc. are not allowed at any Festival event or activity. Please leave them home so everyone can enjoy the Festival. Pets Are Not Allowed Competitor dogs are allowed in the designated competition areas only. Registered Service animals are allowed to go where needed. Parking for Grand Parade Support Vehicles Parking is available across Red Arrow Highway on the grassy knoll next to the Dollar General Parking lot. Please do not park on their parking lot. Also do not park on Center Street, the trailer court, in business parking lots or in front of businesses. Thank you for making this safe and enjoyable for all!!
